The product is exactly as advertised. The sizing guide is spot on.
Will purchase again.
The only thing I would change is putting in some special instruction with arm length. I stuck to the sizing guide and felt that the arms would be a little long, and they are just a little but that is my error and will likely fit perfectly if I stick a jumper under it, That said it is so warm that I can't see myself ever needing a jumper under it.
I am an AUstralian but I spent enough time in this companies part of the world know the clutural importance of tipping in the country of manufacture. I would strongly encourage making a generous tip as this does help the artisan out immensely and will ensure your satisfaction.
