I was genuinely excited to receive this jacket. After saving up and reading all the positive reviews, I believed I had finally found the perfect coat — something special, a gift to myself. Unfortunately, what I received was far from what was advertised.

While the jacket is well-made and of decent quality, it is a completely different product from the one shown in the listing. This feels like false advertising. Nowhere in the description did it state that this was a replica or that the materials would be entirely different. The image clearly shows a rugged matte leather exterior with genuine shearling lining. What I received, however, is a jacket made from shiny leather with synthetic lining — totally misrepresenting the product.

Yes, your website mentions that colour may vary slightly from images, but that’s a far cry from receiving a jacket made from completely different materials. If this is a copy of a different design, that should be clearly stated in the product description.

Right now, I feel like I’ve wasted my money. As nice as the build might be, this is not the jacket I wanted or paid for, and frankly, I won’t be wearing it. I’m deeply disappointed — this purchase was meant to be something meaningful, and instead, it’s left me feeling misled and let down.

The coat is good quality but it's too small for me so I asked to return it and they did not hesitate or argue.

I brought this coat for my son. It was more beautiful in person. Good customer service. Would buy another coat from here.
