Men’s Tan Brown B3 Sheepskin Shearling Aviator Jacket
Inspired by traditional RAF flying outerwear, this men’s tan-brown B3 aviator jacket combines naturally sourced sheepskin with a soft cream shearling interior. Dark leather bindings define the body and sleeve panels, giving the warm neutral color combination a sharper, more structured appearance.
The jacket is crafted from genuine 1.3 mm sheepskin. Its leather exterior and natural wool interior are two sides of the same hide, providing integrated insulation without requiring a separate synthetic fur lining.
Cream and off-white shearling remains exposed around the collar, cuffs and lower hem, creating a classic B3 contrast against the tan-brown leather.
Double-Buckle Shearling Collar
A wide turn-down shearling collar frames the neckline with thick cream wool. Two dark leather throat straps sit beneath one side of the collar and fasten through matching metal buckles on the opposite side.
The collar can be worn naturally open to display the cream shearling or secured closer around the neck using the double-buckle closure.
Dark leather binding follows the front edges of the collar and continues around the zipper, visually connecting the neckline with the jacket’s contrast-piped construction.
Original YKK Metal Zipper
An original YKK metal zipper provides a straight center-front closure. The silver-tone metal teeth contrast with the dark leather binding positioned on both sides of the fastening.
The zipper runs from the lower hem to the base of the collar, allowing the jacket to be worn fully closed or partly open depending on the desired look.
Two Leather-Bound Front Pockets
Two vertical welt pockets are positioned at the lower front. Their streamlined openings provide convenient hand access while maintaining the jacket’s clean, fitted profile.
Dark leather binding reinforces each pocket opening and coordinates with the zipper, panel seams and buckle straps. A separate interior pocket offers discreet storage for smaller personal items.
Double-Buckle Shearling Cuffs
The cuffs are one of the jacket’s most distinctive features. Each sleeve finishes with a straight shearling-lined opening and two dark leather adjustment straps.
Four metal buckles—two on each cuff—allow the sleeve openings to be adjusted around the wrists. Cream shearling remains exposed below the straps, coordinating with the collar and lower hem.
The cuffs are constructed without rib-knit panels or sleeve zippers, preserving the authentic double-faced sheepskin appearance.
Straight Shearling Hem
A narrow band of off-white shearling follows the straight lower hem. Dark leather binding finishes the outer edge and connects with the vertical zipper trim and piped back seams.
The jacket has a structured, waist-length cut rather than an elasticated bomber waistband. This creates a cleaner pilot-jacket silhouette and allows the shaped leather panels to define the fit.
Contrast-Piped Panel Stitching
Dark leather piping outlines the main construction seams and creates a graphic contrast against the tan-brown body. Closely spaced parallel rows of topstitching secure the piping while keeping the finish neat and consistent.
The front uses curved piping around the shoulders and armholes. On the back, a vertical bound seam runs from the collar to the hem and crosses a horizontal mid-back seam, dividing the jacket into balanced panels.
The sleeves feature long piped seams running from the shoulders toward the cuffs. Horizontal leather bindings above the cuff straps complete the panelled construction.

Caring for Sheepskin
Remove light dust from the leather exterior using a clean, soft cloth. Gently brush the exposed cream shearling with a soft-bristled brush.
If the jacket becomes wet, blot away excess moisture and allow it to dry naturally at room temperature. Keep it away from radiators, hair dryers and direct heat.
Do not machine wash, tumble dry or soak genuine sheepskin. Test any specialist leather-care product on a concealed area before treating the complete jacket. For deep cleaning, consult a professional experienced with double-faced shearling garments.
Store the jacket on a broad hanger to support the shoulders, heavy collar and buckle details.
